Whether
your wiring your amplifier with preamp out
input or using the radio amplified speaker output to
drive your amplifier.
Wiring it
improperly can not only effect the sound quality but
may even damage the amplifier.
So lets
see how it is done!

2 Channel amplifier
audio input wiring

Connect these RCA low level plugs coming
from radio to these inputs of the amplifier:
•Ch1
or channel
1 ( left )
•Ch2
or Channel 2 ( right )
If your radio does not have RCA plugs out:
You will need to use the “high-level input”
wires at right.
Connect to the speaker wires coming out of
radio. |

4 Channel amplifier

A
Low level out may be used for adding
another amplifier
Some units may not have this connector
available, depending on model.

Connect these RCA low level plugs coming from
radio, to these inputs of the amplifier:
•Ch1
or channel
1
( left front )
•Ch2
or Channel 2 ( right front )
•Ch3
or Channel 3 ( right rear )
•Ch4
or Channel 4 ( right rear )
If your radio does not have RCA plugs out:
You will need to use the “high-level input”
wires at right.
Connect to the
speaker wires coming out of radio
